12 Week Internal Training Programme

We do this through our unique in-house programme, which provides practical on-the-job training through a combination of workbooks and role-play activities.
The 12-week programme provides the skills, habits and behaviours required to become a high performing resourcer; and includes topics such as:
- How to succeed in Recruitment
- Candidates as customers
- Lead generation and business intelligence
- Writing job advertisements
- How to work proactively rather than reactively
- Conducting a search assignment / head hunt
The training takes staff through a candidate’s journey, as well as exploring new candidate possibilities, networking and building lasting business relationships.
Training is delivered through 24 one-hour training sessions, which are taken once or preferably twice a week.
Our Directors and Senior Consultants are also on hand at every step to offer their expertise and experience.
