Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking for a new challenge? My Client a small Housing association in Merseyside are seeking to appoint a Health & Safety Estates Manager to co-ordinate, support and advise the Estates and Professional Services.
The position will ensure the development and promotion of a positive and visible safety culture across the group. The role requires an individual with demonstrable experience and skills in managing health, safety and compliance primary within the Estates department.
You will have recent and relevant experience in a similar role and this is an exciting opportunity for a proven Health and Safety leader; the role will be working across a diverse environment where you will be tasked with developing and maintaining both a positive health and safety culture and management systems for the association.
Looking for someone who has already achieved great things in health and safety and will maintain high standards of health and safety throughout its academic and professional departments.
We are looking for someone with a NEBOSH Diploma who is either a GRADIOSH or working towards CMIOSH and be able to fulfil all the essential elements of the person specification.
