Head of Administration and Finance

Zoe takes the role of Head of Administration and Finance here at Vertical and manages everything that isn’t recruitment themed such as Invoices, admin, HR, GDPR, Payroll, first aid etc. Zoe is essential to making the Vertical team tick, creating the link between the teams and enabling the consultants to get on with their role and not worry about the non-recruitment-based tasks that can sometimes take up so much of a recruiter’s time. 

Other than running the office, Zoe takes a hands-on role with the Internal recruitment assisting the Directors with screening and interviewing candidates who apply making sure all new hires are a good fit for the company culture.

Outside of work, Zoe is a sports fanatic and loves anything active and she’s a massive fan of Manchester united and has held a season ticket for a number of years!
