Assistant Site Manager

Due to continued success and high workload, they are looking to add to their established construction division with an Assistant Site Manager. Our client possesses an excellent reputation across the North West and is known for their desire to develop strong professionals within the housebuilding industry.
The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have previous work experience within the housebuilding sector and a real passion for the delivery of quality homes. The ideal Assistant site manager will have a high ability to assist site managers with all site and build activities, including health and safety, technical requirements, subcontractor management, quality finish and forward planning.
You will have:
” Attention to Detail skills and a commitment to deliver and strive excellence at all times.
” Previous experience working on new build residential developments.
” Good understanding of house building process from both a technical and managerial perspective.
” CV that demonstrates a stable work history,
” A trade background who has recent experience as an Assistant or Graduate level candidate who has 12 months experience in the sector is desirable
” Excellent organisational skills and ability to command respect on site.
