I am looking to speak with an experienced Assistant Site Manager who wants to join a well-established regional housebuilder that heavily invest within the development of their employees.
My client is well respected regional brand within the housebuilding industry. The possess a strong reputation for the delivery of homes within the North West region, maintaining a quality finish at an affordable price.
The ideal Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with all on site construction activities to ensure the smooth running a delivery of homes. Reporting to Contracts Manager, you will have previous experience of working on new housing building sites to NHBC standards and a desire to progress through the organisation.
You will have:
” Attention to Detail skills and a commitment to deliver and strive excellence at all times.
” Previous experience working on new build residential developments.
” Good understanding of house building process from both a technical and managerial perspective.
” CV that demonstrates a stable work history.
” Excellent organisational skills and ability to command respect on site.
