Job Description
We are working alongside a leading Independent Fire Consultancy who are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team as a Fire Surveyor. This is a unique and hybrid role where my client feels individuals with a Building Surveying background make excellent candidates, given their knowledge and understanding of building pathology and site inspection experience.
The role
The focus and purpose of the position is based around Fire Safety / Passive Fire Protection on various buildings (commercial / residential, retail etc), this will involve carrying out fire risk assessments along with site inspections with a focus on cladding, facades and cavity barriers.
Requirements
A degree qualified Building Surveyor with an interest and experiance working witihin fire safety
APC Candidates – Its worth noting that support will still be given and offered to assist you in your goal to become Chartered.
