My client, a leading North West based M&E Building Services contractor are actively looking for a Business Development Director to join a market leader in specialist environments with a Turnover circa £20M
They are looking to identify an experienced and capable Sales Leader who has extensive market experience and has knowledge of the UK Food and beverage, Industrial and Pharmaceutical industries with a focus on End User delivery. Someone that comes with credibility and a CV of pedigree. You must be used to identifying, closing and managing significantly large deals with a variety of corporate customers in the market. Working autonomously the successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and existing contacts to win new long-term annuity contracts.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
” Developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives national revenue generation
” Building and extending relationships with new business clients
” Working to develop end user sales opportunities with specific focus in the Food & Beverage, Industrial and Pharmaceutical sectors
” Supporting the Product Development teams by providing relevant client feedback
To be successful in this role you will need:
” Proven track record of developing and managing successful sales teams
” Excellent people and team working skills
” Strong sales background as an individual sales contributor
” In-depth knowledge of the M&E space is a must for the role
” Existing relationships with end users in the Food & Beverage, Industrial and Pharmaceutical sector will be a huge advantage.
