My client, a leading North West based M&E Building Services contractor are actively looking for a Business Development Manager to orchestrate largescale and complex deals.
The successful candidate will join an established, well respected Team. They will have the privilege of representing a market leading family owned business with great company culture and reputation
They are looking to identify an experienced and capable Sales professional with a strong M&E background. A people person who can cultivate and develop new and existing relationships. Experience with residential projects is a must and experience within other public sector frameworks such as education and healthcare would be advantageous as they aim to diversify.
You must be used to identifying, closing and managing significantly large deals with a variety of customers in the market. Working autonomously the successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and existing contacts to win new long-term annuity contracts.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development the successful candidate will be responsible for:
” Building and extending relationships with new business clients
” Covering either the N.West and N.East areas or N.West and Midlands dependant on location.
” Working to develop end user sales opportunities with specific focus in Public sector framework
” Supporting the Product Development teams by providing relevant client feedback
To be successful in this role you will need:
” Proven track record of developing and managing successful sales teams
” Excellent people and team working skills
” Strong sales background as an individual sales contributor
” In-depth knowledge of the M&E space is a must for the role
” Knowledge of Education & Healthcare sectors is an advantage
