We are working closely with an award-winning independent building consultancy who are looking for an ambitious and experienced Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join their driven and action orientated Manchester team.

Role

You will be joining their professional services teams, helping to continue the smooth operations of the team while maintaining a high standard of work. A focus of the professional services will be towards dilapidations, so previous experience and passion for this type of work is essential. This role can be the perfect opportunity for an individual who is looking to join a forward thinking and well respected consultancy. They have a clear vision for success with a range of opportunities for progression without the numerous hoops to jump through that may come with a larger firm.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in professional services surveying with a focus towards dilapidations. Previous experience maintaining and winning new business is also desired. You will have a relevant Building Surveying degree along with MRICS status.
