This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is ideally working towards chartership (RICS, APM, or similar) and is keen to get involved in projects that make a real difference to communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion
- Assist in defining project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Coordinate and manage design teams, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare and maintain project programmes, reports, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk registers
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procurement protocols, and governance frameworks (e.g. NEC, JCT, public sector procedures)
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
About You:
- Working towards (or recently achieved) professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
- Experience across one or more sectors such as commercial, education, leisure, or public projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence in a client-facing environment
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning
