Job Title: Senior M&E Project Manager
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Rate: £450–£500 per day (negotiable)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Pattern: 5 days per week
We’re looking for an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale £30 million commercial project in the heart of Newcastle. This is a key role managing all mechanical and electrical building services from design through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all M&E aspects of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Oversee contractors and coordinate with design and construction teams
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and client reporting
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across all works
- Attend progress meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Drive project performance, problem solving, and value engineering where required
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large M&E packages (£10m+) on commercial projects
- Strong technical background in building services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines
- Available for an immediate start
