Job: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Newark

Project Type: Commercial refurbishment and fit-out

Rate: £450 per day + expenses

Contract: Ongoing (annual renewal, subject to project continuity)

About:

My client is currently seeking two experienced Electrical Project Manager’s to oversee a range of commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects based in Newark.

You’ll be responsible for managing electrical installation works across multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

·      Manage electrical elements of commercial projects from inception to completion

·      Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently

·      Coordinate with clients, design teams, and other project stakeholders

·      Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress reports

·      Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards

Requirements:

·      Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the commercial sector

·      Strong technical knowledge of building services and electrical systems

·      Excellent organisational and communication skills

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·      Relevant electrical qualifications and site certifications (e.g., SMSTS, ECS, CSCS, etc.)
