Rounding Off 2025 at Vertical Recruitment
As we come to the end of Q4, it feels like a good time to reflect on the year and everything the team has achieved. 2025 has been our strongest perm year to date, and the final quarter has been about finishing well, staying consistent, and making time to enjoy the end of the year together.
A Strong End to the Year
The last few months have been busy across the business. Q4 is always a demanding period, but the team have stayed focused and supportive of one another while keeping standards high. It has been a quarter shaped by steady effort rather than big moments, which is often where the best results come from.
Christmas Party
Our Christmas party gave everyone the chance to step away from the day to day and spend time together outside of the office.
We started the evening at Fenix in Manchester, where we enjoyed food in the restaurant’s distinctive cave inspired setting. After that, we headed to Tangerine, one of Manchester’s newer venues. With a DJ and dancers creating a great atmosphere, it was a relaxed way to continue the night and properly switch off!
Festive Time in the Office
December in the office has been filled with smaller, more informal moments. We put up the Christmas tree, hosted a Vertical bake off, visited the Christmas markets, and finished things off with a personalised Christmas quiz.
These moments help bring a bit of balance to a busy period and make the end of the year feel more enjoyable for everyone.
Looking Ahead
As 2025 ends, we move into the new year with good momentum and a solid team around us. For now, it is about slowing things down, recharging, and coming back refreshed for 2026.
