The Opportunity
You’ll play an important role within the team, supporting the delivery of cost management services while maintaining a strong presence with a key utilities client. This role suits someone confident in a client-facing capacity, capable of advising, supporting project success, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial delivery of major utilities and infrastructure projects
- Assist with NEC contract management, including strategy, risk management, and dispute avoidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide commercial advice and insight across the programme
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to business growth, client development, and service excellence
- Ensure governance and compliance across commercial activities
About You
- Proven experience at Senior Cost Manager / Associate level in consultancy
- Strong experience with NEC contracts and commercial management
- Background in utilities or major infrastructure programmes
- Confident client-facing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Commercially astute, proactive, and strategic
- Professionally qualified (RICS or equivalent)
