We’re working with a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. Formed through the coming together of several respected engineering consultancies, the business operates at the intersection of building services, sustainability and digital innovation. They are now looking to appoint a Digital Lead to support the growth of their North West offering.

This is a key role focused on leading digital strategy, driving innovation and supporting clients through increasingly data driven and technology enabled projects.

The role - You will take ownership of digital delivery across projects, working closely with internal teams and clients to shape and implement digital strategies. A big part of the role will involve interpreting complex data and presenting clear, actionable insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in developing new digital capabilities, improving project outcomes and supporting business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of digital strategies across building services and sustainability projects
  • Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions
  • Use 3D and digital modelling tools to analyse, visualise and communicate project data
  • Present findings and recommendations confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve design efficiency and operational performance
  • Support the development of new digital services and capabilities within the business

What they’re looking for

  • Strong experience in a digital or smart buildings focused role within the built environment
  • Proven ability to lead digital strategy and deliver innovative solutions across projects
  • High level of proficiency with 3D software and digital modelling tools
  • Comfortable presenting complex information in a clear and engaging way
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior clients
  • Background in data, digital systems or product focused environments would be beneficial

Why apply

This is an opportunity to join a growing consultancy with a strong reputation and a clear focus on digital and sustainable design. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the digital offering in the North West while working alongside experienced teams across the UK.
