Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor on this flagship programme, you will:
- Manage full cost planning, estimation and budget setting across multiple building packages
- Prepare tender documentation, manage procurement and analyse contractor bids
- Administer NEC3/4 contracts including early warnings, compensation events and change control
- Produce valuations, interim payments, cost reports and final accounts
- Undertake risk management, forecasting and value engineering
- Provide commercial advice and support to the wider project and client teams
- Monitor contractor performance, variations and financial progress
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, design teams, and public sector stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years’ post-grad Quantity Surveying experience within construction or infrastructure
- Strong NEC3/4 contract experience (essential)
- Experience working on multi-building, complex or public sector projects
- Confident, client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
- Professional qualification or progression toward MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent
