Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple building projects across the wider masterplan
• Provide trusted, senior-level guidance to the client on strategy, risk, cost, phasing, and delivery options
• Manage projects from inception and business case through design, construction, and handover
• Engage and coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and end-user groups
• Ensure outcomes meet programme objectives, budgets, quality standards, and statutory requirements
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 or JCT contracts, including change control, compensation events, and governance reporting
• Oversee programme risk, reporting, assurance, and control processes
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant PMs, championing best practice and client-focused delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-building or complex programmes
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Experience in public-sector or highly regulated environments
• Credibility to act as a senior client-facing advisor
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working toward)
• Ambition to progress toward Associate Director within a growing consultancy
