Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple building projects across the wider masterplan
- Provide trusted, senior-level guidance to the client on strategy, risk, cost, phasing, and delivery options
- Manage projects from inception and business case through design, construction, and handover
- Engage and coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and end-user groups
- Ensure outcomes meet programme objectives, budgets, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 or JCT contracts, including change control, compensation events, and governance reporting
- Oversee programme risk, reporting, assurance, and control processes
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant PMs, championing best practice and client-focused delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-building or complex programmes
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
- Experience in public-sector or highly regulated environments
- Credibility to act as a senior client-facing advisor
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working toward)
- Ambition to progress toward Associate Director within a growing consultancy
