Vertical Recruitment are working with an global real estate consultancy with a growing London presence, who are looking to expand their Building Surveying team at MRICS, Senior and Associate levels.
This is an opportunity for experienced Building Surveyors to join a well-positioned real estate consultancy delivering high-quality advisory and project work, with strong client exposure, long-term progression and a modern working environment.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established real estate consultancy delivering building consultancy services across commercial office space, residential developments, hotels and retail schemes. Their London team works closely with leading developers, investors and occupiers, providing technical expertise, project delivery and strategic advisory support across a diverse portfolio of assets.
The Role
The Building Surveying team works across a balanced mix of professional services and project-led work, spanning technical due diligence, advisory support and site-facing project involvement. Surveyors are involved across the full project lifecycle, working directly with clients and collaborating closely with cost and project management teams.
At Senior and Associate level, responsibilities include project delivery oversight, client management, technical reporting, and mentoring junior staff to support the continued growth of the team.
What They Are Looking For
• MRICS-qualified Building Surveyors, or Senior / Associate level professionals with equivalent experience
• Proven experience across professional services and project-based work
• Strong technical and client-facing capabilities
• Ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality reporting
• For Senior and Associate roles: experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to business growth
