We’re excited to be working with a progressive construction consultancy delivering high-profile schemes nationwide, who are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors while developing strong client and contractor relationships.
This innovative consultancy provides high-quality project and cost management services across multiple sectors. Their projects typically range from £5M to £50M, with opportunities to support flagship developments exceeding £75M. Recent and current projects include retail fit-outs for leading high-street brands, large-scale refurbishment and fit-out schemes, hotels, student accommodation and healthcare developments, as well as industrial warehouses and private residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from design and planning through construction and handover, with support from senior team members
- Assist in managing project budgets, programmes, and resources
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
- Support compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual requirements
- Assist with risk management, change control, and issue resolution
- Coordinate project teams and consultants to ensure effective delivery
- Prepare clear project reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive working relationships to support client satisfaction and repeat business
About You
- 3-6 years’ experience managing or supporting construction or property development projects
- Experience working on projects in sectors such as retail, hospitality, residential, healthcare, or industrial
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Good commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, contracts, and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Working towards or holding MRICS, APM, PMP, or similar accreditation is desirable but not essential
