Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will support the delivery of projects within the wider campus programme, working closely with senior colleagues and the client team:

  • Manage the delivery of one or more building projects within the overall programme
  • Support projects from early design and planning through construction and handover
  • Assist with stakeholder coordination across client bodies, consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Monitor programme, cost, risk, and quality against agreed objectives
  • Support the administration of NEC3/4 or JCT contracts, including change control and reporting
  • Contribute to project reporting, governance, and assurance processes
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues, supporting mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with wider consultancy teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will bring:

  • Experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder or public-sector projects (desirable but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of NEC3/4 or JCT contracts
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach to project delivery
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification (MRICS, APM, MCIOB or working toward preferred)
  • Ambition to progress into a Senior Project Manager role
