We’re working with an ambitious, regeneration-focused Construction Consultancy in Manchester that’s growing fast. They’re on the lookout for a Senior Associate Project Manager to lead high-value, complex projects and help shape the future of their expanding team.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the delivery of multiple large-scale projects across RIBA Stages 1–6, from inception to completion
- Defining project strategies, goals, deliverables, and success criteria that align with client objectives
- Providing commercial leadership – budgets, forecasting, risk management, and contract oversight
- Making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as the primary senior point of contact
- Coordinating and guiding multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Mentoring Project Managers and senior staff to create high-performing, collaborative teams
- Implementing and optimising project management systems, processes, and governance frameworks (NEC, JCT)
- Monitoring project KPIs and applying lessons learned across current and future programmes
- Supporting business development, including proposals, client engagement, and strategy
- Promoting Health & Safety excellence, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 and best practice
About you
- Experienced in senior project delivery roles within consultancy, ideally across regeneration, mixed-use, or public sector programmes
- Track record managing multiple high-value projects across the full project lifecycle (RIBA Stages 1–6)
- Strong commercial skills, including budgets, forecasting, and contract management
- Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled at leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results
- Professional accreditation desirable (MRICS, MAPM, CIOB, or equivalent)
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
