- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, upholding high standards of quality and innovation.
- Utilise fire modelling tools (e.g., CFD, zone modelling) and performance‑based design methodologies where appropriate.

- Experience with fire and smoke modelling software and advanced analytical tools considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical issues into clear reports and presentations.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor less senior staff.
What They Offer
- Competitive salary range: CAD 130,000–150,000 plus benefits, professional development, and career progression opportunities.
- A hybrid work arrangement balancing remote flexibility with in‑office collaboration.
- Exposure to a diverse portfolio of landmark projects across sectors including commercial, institutional, residential, and specialised design areas.
- Supportive, collaborative culture with emphasis on technical excellence, mentorship, and ongoing learning.
- The opportunity to join an established consultancy with a strong reputation and national presence.
