About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of commercial and cost management across a varied portfolio of projects, working closely with Directors and senior professionals. This role provides exposure to high-profile schemes and the chance to develop your skills while influencing project delivery from inception to completion.
Current & Upcoming Projects:
- £80m commercial office development
- £400m residential-led scheme
- Universities, healthcare, and retail developments
- Long-term local authority and council programmes
Required Experience:
- 3–5+ years post-grad QS experience in construction, fit-out, or refurbishment projects
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
- MRICS preferred or working towards chartership
- Extensive pre- and post-contract QS experience across all RIBA stages
- NEC contract experience
- Leading cost planning, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
- Procurement strategy and tender process management
- Proven ability to lead project teams and mentor junior surveyors
- Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness, and numeracy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
