Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + ESOP + Unlimited PTO
A growing construction developer is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its Owner’s Representative team, overseeing the construction of multiple data center campuses.
You’ll work closely with general contractors, design consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide hands-on oversight across active campus developments.
This is a site-focused position requiring strong field presence and the ability to manage relationships, risk, and commercial performance on behalf of the owner.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Owner’s Representative across multiple active data center construction projects
Oversee GCs, trade contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope
Monitor project progress, risk exposure, and construction quality
Review change orders, pay applications, and contractor performance
Coordinate with internal development, operations, and finance teams
Support permitting, commissioning, and project close-out activities
Maintain strong on-site visibility and proactive stakeholder communication
Identify and mitigate risks before they impact schedule or cost
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing construction projects within data center or mission-critical environments
Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems
Experience working in an owner’s rep, developer, or client-side capacity preferred
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience
Comfortable being site-based with 25%–50% travel as required
What’s on Offer:
$90,000 – $130,000 base salary (DOE)
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation
Unlimited PTO
Direct exposure to owner-side decision making
This role will suit a Project Manager with end to end lifecycle experience, who enjoys being on site, influencing delivery from the owner’s perspective, and taking accountability for performance across multiple campus builds.
