We are a NICEIC-approved Electrical Contractor with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial and industrial electrical installations across the UK.
Building on our extensive M&E heritage, we have a strong team that delivers bespoke electrical solutions to a wide variety of sectors. Due to business growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team in Sleaford or the surrounding area.
Role Summary
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day site operations, oversee electrical installations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You will lead and support your team on site, acting as both a hands-on supervisor and a key point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee electrical installations to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any site-related issues.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants regarding site queries or requests.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.
- Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 18th Edition Electrical qualification
- 2391 Test and Inspection
- C&G Level 3
- ECS/CSCS card
Desirable Skills
- IPAF / PASMA
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- First Aid
Additional Information
- Holiday: 22 days + 1 extra day for your birthday, plus 8 bank holidays
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm
