We are working on behalf of a growing, director-led independent building consultancy who are looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office.
This is an opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth, offering exposure, responsibility and progression that can often take longer to achieve within larger, more established corporate firms.
The Role
You will work closely with senior leadership across a varied workload, with involvement in a major data centre project based in London. This offers valuable exposure within one of the strongest and fastest-growing sectors in the market.
While some travel will be required, the role is Manchester office based and not heavily travel intensive. You can expect hands-on project involvement and genuine responsibility from an early stage, rather than operating within a narrow or siloed structure.
This role would suit a Graduate Building Surveyor who is:
- Currently working towards APC or planning to enrol
- Keen to gain broader exposure across projects
- Looking for closer access to senior decision makers
- Motivated by faster progression within a growing business
