Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Newark-on-Trent (projects across multiple UK locations)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + car or car allowance (open to negotiation)

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established M&E contractor, delivering a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial and retail sectors. You’ll take full ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, managing multiple live projects across commercial (healthcare, offices, education) and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mechanical projects safely, on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
- Oversee programme, procurement and cost control
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and quality standards
- Manage commissioning and final handover documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
- Background delivering commercial and/or retail projects
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
