Working within a highly respected mission critical team, you will lead electrical design across major programmes while helping to develop engineers and shape technical standards across the business.

As a Principal Engineer, you will take ownership of mechanical engineering delivery across large-scale projects from concept through to completion. You will provide technical leadership, work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-performance infrastructure where resilience, reliability and efficiency are paramount.

While data centre experience would be highly advantageous, we are also keen to speak with candidates who have delivered projects within other complex and mission critical environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, defence, advanced manufacturing or major infrastructure.

  • Share technical knowledge and best practice across the wider team
  • Assist with developing future technical leaders within the business
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive working environment

  • Opportunity to work on some of the most advanced mission critical projects in Europe
  • Exposure to large-scale, technically challenging developments
  • Clear opportunities for career progression within a growing international consultancy
  • Investment in professional development, training and chartership support
  • Regular knowledge-sharing and technical development programmes
