The programme includes a wide range of capital investment projects, from infrastructure and utilities upgrades through to new-build facilities and specialist engineering projects.

You'll join an established commercial team delivering projects within a highly regulated environment, gaining exposure to major frameworks, NEC contracts, and complex, high-value schemes with long-term investment plans.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, providing commercial support on a portfolio of infrastructure and construction projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cost planning and cost management
  • Procurement and tender support
  • NEC contract administration
  • Change control and variations management
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Risk and opportunity management
  • Contractor account management
  • Stakeholder engagement across project and client teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy, client-side, infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments
  • Strong NEC contract experience
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, defence, or other regulated sectors would be advantageous

What's on Offer?

  • The opportunity to work on a nationally significant infrastructure programme with a long-term pipeline of work
  • Exposure to complex, high-value projects that will strengthen your technical and commercial experience
  • A supportive, director-led team where you'll have visibility and access to senior decision-makers
  • Hybrid working across home, office, and project locations
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Structured RICS APC support with a dedicated counsellor
  • Private healthcare
  • Company laptop and mobile phone
  • Pension contributions starting at 5%, increasing annually up to 10%
  • Competitive salary and benefits package

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on technically challenging projects, develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment, and gain exposure to one of the UK's most important infrastructure programmes.
