Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a longstanding client for an MRICS Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.
This is an exclusive off market opportunity that is not being advertised elsewhere, offering the chance to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across the North West.
The role would suit an ambitious surveyor looking to further develop their technical expertise while gaining exposure to a broad range of project work across the built environment. The team is involved in a variety of instructions, with particular emphasis on cladding remediation, building safety, refurbishment, and restoration projects.
Working alongside experienced surveyors and technical specialists, you will have the opportunity to deliver technically challenging projects while continuing to develop your project delivery and client facing skills.
The Role
- Cladding remediation and building safety projects
- Refurbishment and restoration schemes
- Contract administration and project delivery
- Technical surveys and defect diagnosis
- Client and stakeholder management
- Exposure to a varied range of building surveying instructions
About You
- MRICS qualified, or approaching chartership with relevant experience
- Strong technical understanding of building surveying principles
- Experience delivering project focused work
- Comfortable managing client relationships and project stakeholders
- Looking to further develop both technical and project delivery expertise
