We are currently representing a highly regarded property and building consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its established London team.
This opportunity would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to join a business with a strong reputation across the commercial property sector, offering exposure to both professional and project work across a diverse range of assets.
The role provides a genuine mix of instructions, including technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, defect diagnosis, and refurbishment projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, residential, education, healthcare, and public sector properties.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to manage client relationships, lead projects, and continue developing your career within a collaborative and well respected consultancy environment.
The Role
- Technical due diligence and building surveys
- Dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
- Contract administration and project delivery
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Defect diagnosis and technical reporting
- Refurbishment and asset improvement projects
- Client and stakeholder management
- Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors
About You
- MRICS qualified
- Strong professional and project surveying experience
- Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering instructions independently
- Commercially aware with strong report writing skills
- Keen to progress within a collaborative and growing team
