MEP Revit Technician
We're working with an award-winning building services engineering consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design solutions across the UK. Their project portfolio spans commercial, government, defence, aviation, banking, healthcare and retail sectors, with involvement in complex, technically challenging schemes for well-known blue-chip organisations. As their workload continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their BIM capability by appointing an experienced MEP Revit Technician to support the delivery of current and future projects.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established in-house design team where you'll play a key role in delivering coordinated BIM models across a diverse range of projects. Working closely with experienced MEP Design Engineers and Senior Technicians, you'll contribute throughout the design process while helping to drive the continued development of BIM standards across the business.

We're looking for an experienced MEP Revit Technician with a strong understanding of BIM processes and a passion for producing high-quality coordinated models. You'll be confident working both independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience working on medium to large-scale MEP projects.
- Strong proficiency using Revit within a BIM environment.
- A solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows and protocols.
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
- Knowledge of COBie schedules.
- AutoCAD experience would be advantageous.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively and meet project deadlines.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to support and mentor junior team members where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality MEP models using Revit within a BIM environment.
- Work closely with MEP Design Engineers to develop coordinated design solutions.
- Support and contribute to project BIM execution plans and workflows.
- Develop and maintain Revit families and BIM content for wider team use.
- Carry out model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Assist in resolving BIM coordination issues throughout project delivery.
- Ensure consistency and quality across project documentation and BIM outputs.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of BIM processes and standards across the business.
