Lead MEP Revit Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team as a Lead Revit MEP Technician, taking a key role in the delivery and coordination of BIM projects. You’ll work across a diverse range of sectors, collaborating with Blue-Chip Developers on education, high-end residential, commercial, retail, industrial and leisure projects.
Projects range from large-scale industrial and commercial schemes exceeding £30 million to smaller, bespoke developments, providing plenty of variety and opportunities to take ownership of your work.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading the development and delivery of coordinated MEP models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Taking technical ownership of BIM and Revit deliverables across multiple projects.
• Developing detailed, project-specific MEP models for building services systems.
• Coordinating MEP designs with architectural, structural and other building systems.
• Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, surveyors and contractors.
• Providing technical guidance and support to other BIM and Revit technicians within the team.
• Attending project meetings and providing BIM expertise to support successful project delivery.
• Ensuring models and drawings are produced to a high standard and in line with project requirements.
Experience and Skills Required
• Strong experience using Revit MEP within a building services environment.
• Proven experience coordinating MEP models on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Good knowledge of building services, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring Revit/BIM technicians would be advantageous.
• HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work confidently across multidisciplinary teams.
