What you'll need then, ideally, is:
- Experience in a senior level role in the UK, having led teams and projects, and with solid client relationships. If you can bring those clients on board immediately then all the better, but it's not necessary.
- Business development skills - this is an absolute must, as you'll be responsible for bringing in the work.
- Ideally, you'll have experience in the education and/or industrial sectors. But if not, don't worry! So long as you are confident you've got what it takes, we still want to hear from you.
