The business operates as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) - meaning profits are shared among all staff, with bonuses paid twice a year (typically between 12-15% of salary, with the first £3,600 tax-free). What They’re Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
- Strong JCT contract and contract admin knowledge
- RICS chartership is welcome but not essential
- A team player who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues
