Here at Vertical Recruitment, we have an Amazing Senior/Principal Architect role based in the Manchester area. Our client is a renowned International multi-disciplinary Practice. Come be part of a company that design at every scale from city masterpieces to parks, streets and buildings.

Salary ranging between £40,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will come in at Snr and can move into Principal quickly.
This role will support the Director along with the other principals, so this person will be able to run projects independently.
Essential Requirements:
” Must be a registered Architect (RIBA/ARB)
” We are looking for a candidate who has Revit experience.
” Has previously led projects and managed smaller teams to deliver projects.
” Able to deliver specifications, drawings etc.
” Must have delivered detailed design (Riba 3 and 4) not just front end.
” Ideally custodial/ prison background or Life Sciences – this will be prioritised.
What will your day look like?
” Will be responsible for managing teams of technicians, junior architects etc to deliver projects.
” Working within and across a multidisciplinary team
” Client visits
