Vertical Recruitment are working closely with a highly reputable national Architectural Practice, the business has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join the talented design team in Manchester. The practice has been operating for over 60 years with a portfolio of projects ranging up to £500 million.
The ideal candidate will be a driven qualified Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician with a minimum 5years’ experience, you will be working on a range of complex and interesting projects within on commercial, residential, hotels, and aparthotel sectors.
If you have experience in these areas and are looking to step up into a senior level, then this could be the right next role for you.
Salary – negotiable for the right candidate
Requirements:
” Excellent design and communication skills
” A good track record of producing technical drawings and details for tender and construction
” Experience of large commercial projects desirable
” Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
” Excellent AutoCAD skills
” Commercial Revit Experience desirable
” High passion for design and architecture
” Clean driving license
