Senior Architectural Technician | Manchester (City Centre) | Up to £45k
I’m working with a well-established, multi-studio architectural practice seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their central Manchester studio. This is an exciting opportunity to run residential and mixed-use projects in a collaborative environment while benefiting from the resources of a larger multi-studio practice.
About the role:
- Job-running responsibility for projects across residential and mixed-use schemes
- Technical delivery and coordination from later RIBA stages through to completion
- Producing detailed, coordinated drawing packages in Revit
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Exposure to other sectors across the wider practice where appropriate
Who we’re looking for:
- Senior Architectural Technician with proven job-running experience, ideally from residential or mixed-use schemes
- Confident in Revit, with strong technical delivery and drawing coordination skills
- Experienced in producing construction information, detail drawings, and coordinated packages
- Comfortable liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to manage project workflows, timelines, and documentation
- Strong understanding of RIBA stages 3–7 and the full project lifecycle
- Enjoys taking ownership of projects and mentoring junior team members in a collaborative studio environment
