The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Lead all aspects of cost management from inception to completion.
- Manage large-scale and/or multiple projects for key clients.
- Help develop and strengthen the cost management team.
- Support senior leaders with business planning and securing new opportunities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Produce feasibility studies, cost estimates, and cost plans at all design stages.
- Prepare and issue tender documents and oversee the tender process.
- Manage post-contract cost control and negotiate final account settlements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and consultants.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or an RICS-accredited course.
- MRICS accreditation.
- Experience in technically complex projects.
- Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
