Do you know a Business Development Manager in the world of Construction or M&E? A North West based M&E Building Services contractor are actively looking for a Business Development Manager to orchestrate new relationships and maintain existing ones. The person in question can come from a Construction or M&E background.
The successful candidate will join an established, well respected Team. They will have the privilege of representing a market leading family owned business with great company culture and reputation.
They are looking to identify an experienced and capable Business Development professional with a strong Construction/M&E background. A people person who can cultivate and develop new and existing relationships. Experience with Business Development is a must.
You must be used to identifying and deals with a variety of customers in the market, working autonomously the successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and existing contacts to win new long-term annuity contracts.
Reporting to the Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
” Building and extending relationships with new business clients
” Covering a national set of relationships.
” Working to develop end user sales opportunities with focus on new business
” Supporting the Product Development teams by providing relevant client feedback
To be successful in this role you will need:
” Proven track record of developing and managing successful clients regarding Business Development
” Excellent people and team working skills
” Strong sales background as an individual sales contributor
” In-depth knowledge of the M&E space is a must for the role
