Vertical Recruitment are working with a National Building Consultancy who are going through an existing phase of change and growth and are therefore seeking a new addition to their Leeds team.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor, up to Senior with a proven track record delivering projects across a range of sectors.
The Role
On a day to day basis you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of building surveying commissions across a range of sectors. A typical day will vary from day to day and will include but will not be restricted to the following.
“Technical Due Diligence (purchaser & Vendor Inspections)
“Dilapidations
“Condition Surveys
“Contract Administration
“Defect Diagnosis & Reporting
“Planned Maintenance
“Development monitoring
“Project Management
Key Responsibilities
“Commercial experience in a consultancy across various sectors / services.
“Keen to network and build client relationships.
“Project and / or Dilapidation experience a preference.
“Client facing with previous experience of managing an instruction from inception through to completion.
“With any project experience having managed multi-disciplinary project teams.
“To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
“Experience of fee management and billing.
“Team player, outgoing and enthusiastic.
Experience and Skills Required
“Building Surveying Degree
“MRICS
“Experience and / or a desire to network with a focus on business developments, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through the delivery of proactive professional services.
