A Reputable, well established, and award-winning Cost & Project Management Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their infrastructure team in Liverpool. They provide professional construction consultancy services to a wide range of clients.
The role will be on a secondment basis to one of the world’s leading port and logistics companies. You will be joining a high skilled team and working on one of the biggest Port infrastructure deep water projects in the UK totalling £400m.
What you will do:
” Stakeholder management
” Pre and Post Contract
” Read, understand and administer the NEC3 contracts
” Preparing Cost Plans/Estimates including detailed measurement of quantities
” Preparing tender documents and managing tender processes, including reporting and recommendation for award
” Management of information, including resolution of project related queries
” Drafting contract documents for signature and execution
” Contract Administration
What you will need:
” Be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or Construction related)
” Fully proficient with NEC3/4
” Have 3-5 years post grad QS experience for a Consultant or End user client
