An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy practice that provides quantity surveying and commercial management services on UK wide energy projects in the engineering and process industries.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibility will centre around nuclear decommissioning and remediation projects. By joining this reputable Energy team, you will become an integral part of a pioneering group that spearheads the industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their skills to tackle national and international energy mega projects, confronting the significant challenges we face.
What you will need:
” Minimum 4 years Quantity Surveying experience.
” Have proven experience within the Nuclear Sector.
” A background in either consultancy or contracting will be considered.
” Strong understanding of the NEC3/4 forms of contract.
” Contract Administration.
” Capable of taking a project through from inception to completion.
” Have good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
” Have excellent communication skills and be able to self-manage tasks.
” Be a good team player with the ability to build relationships within the team and client environments.
