Based in their Birmingham office this is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of their highly reputable Cost Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be involved in a large portfolio of exciting development opportunities ranging from private to public sector, small-scale endeavours and those surpassing £100m in value.

About You
” You possess full membership or are actively working towards full membership of a recognized professional body, such as RICS
” You have the capability to provide a contemporary quantity surveying and employer’s agent service that prioritises client satisfaction
” You excel at delivering an efficient, collaborative, and well-governed service by employing modern management techniques to ensure successful project outcomes.
” You bring a wealth of experience in working on major projects, showcasing a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality technical results
” You have successfully managed both internal and external project teams in the past
” Your communication and interpersonal skills are highly developed, enabling you to build strong working relationships at all levels.
” Able to adapt strategies in line with changing priorities
” Experience in the residential sector is a valuable asset.
” You either hold SC clearance or have the ability to obtain it.
