We have an excellent opportunity for a senior level Quantity Surveyor to work for a highly successful and reputable Construction Consultancy in Manchester.
The role will involve providing Cost Management services on a variety of high-rise residential, Industrial and mix-use commercial design and build projects, ranging from £5m to £100m+ in value. The successful candidate will be working alongside some of the UK’s most prestigious Property Developers

What you need:
” Professional outlook with excellent communication skills
” BSc degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
” Ideally MRICS, or working towards
” Experience in providing high quality quantity surveying and cost control services in relevant sectors
” Experience of Cost Estimates / Feasibilities / Procurement / Tendering.
” Understand value add and value management
” Able to review and agree Contractors Proposals
” Execute final review of Contractors cost submissions and agree contract sums
” Experienced in Cost Reporting / Change Control / Final Accounts / Interim / Final Payments.
” Experience of coaching, mentoring more junior colleagues and working with external stakeholders
” Experience in managing business relationships at middle-management level
