Job Description
Vertical Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and growing independent civil and structural engineering consultancy. They are seeking a Structural Revit Technician to join their Manchester team. As a Structural Revit Technician, you will work with our engineers to create structural designs and drawings using Revit software.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with their engineering team to ensure accuracy and completeness of design deliverables.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Perform quality control checks on designs and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in Revit software.
- Undertake accurate REVIT modelling of a wide variety of existing and new buildings across abroad range of sectors.
- Developing efficient workflows between the BIM and analytical software used with the engineers.
- Prepare modelling documentation and drawings associated with RIBA stage reports, planning applications, and necessary approvals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Experience producing structural designs and drawings for civil and structural engineering projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
