Commercial Manager (M&E)
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across M&E works. This role focuses on protecting margin, controlling risk, and supporting delivery teams while contributing to the wider growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the commercial performance of M&E projects and contracts
- Managing budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial reporting
- Leading commercial negotiations with clients and supply chain partners
- Supporting tenders and bids with pricing, risk, and commercial input
- Providing clear commercial insight to senior management
- Ensuring contracts, processes, and governance are followed correctly
- Managing and developing the commercial team
- Working closely with operational teams to improve outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Background in M&E or building services
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
- Strong experience managing commercial performance and risk
- Confident negotiator with solid financial awareness
- Comfortable leading people and working at a senior level
