Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a renowned Construction Consultancy with a global presence. The position is based in their thriving Manchester office, overseeing projects across a spectrum of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Sports Venues, Workplaces, Education, Government, and Healthcare.
Your responsibilities will encompass contract administration, proactive client engagement, and steering the design team to propel project advancement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail
- Experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration
- Ideally Commercial fit out, Healthcare and or Higher Education experience
- Ability to produce formal reports and documents which clearly set out complex issues and recommendations
- Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management specific qualification i.e. APM or PRINCE2
- Chartered Status (or working towards) with the RICS, CIOB, APM or other equivalent institution
