If so, Vertical Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity with a dynamic building consultancy who specialise within the heritage sector.
Located in London, offering flexible working they are looking to recruit a building surveyor with a passion and interest to work on historic buildings, having built up a fantastic portfolio of clients who include the Royal Household and the National Trust.
The role
As a Building Surveyor you will play a crucial role in the effective management of some of the UK’s most cherished listed buildings and assets, the majority being Grade I listed buildings. You will also provide guidance and advice on heritage matters, conduct condition surveys for listed residential and commercial properties, as well as carrying out contract administration for heritage projects.
What you will need:
o Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
o 3+ years Building Surveying experience
o MRICS status (desirable but not essential)
o Heritage experience (desirable but not essential)
o Clean driving licence
