Job Description
Vertical Recruitment are working alongside a specialist property consultancy who are looking to recruit Building Surveyor to join their Projects team.
You will join a successful and established building surveying team who work on projects across the North West predominantly for Nurseries, Schools, Colleges and Universities, typical day would include:
– Assisting projects providing support to the senior surveyors on project management and contract administration
– Delivering extensions, alterations, repairs
– Preparing tenders and specification writing
– Building design/AutoCAD
– Undertaking condition surveys
Experience required:
– Building Surveying degree
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years post degree experience
– Excellent communication skills with ability to build good working relationships
– Experience within the education sector (desirable)
